Pros: Could easily be the best permanent course in the Netherlands and features a number of different shots and holes: wide open, tunnel, wooded, left and right hyzers, and some fun mandatories. Hole nine offers a tee from elevation (about 30' feet from the plain) - if only it offered a real tee... Also, average length of holes is about 100 meters (+300') so it is an advantage to have a nice controlled big arm. Hole nine is 220 meters. Holes 4, 9, and 17 stand out as picturesque and adequately technical without being impossibly difficult.
Cons: However, like all courses in this country, it suffers from second (if not third) class-itis. The course is in a nice park that is clearly there first for pedestrians, picnickers, field games, and then disc golf. All the hole signs warn you of pedestrians and I added about 4 strokes to my game in order to avoid conflict with picnickers. Also, even at only 1 year old, the course is showing signs of vandalism and wear. The posted OB can be very strict (con) or challenging (pro). Hole 11 has all but been destroyed - it appears that a large mound of fill dirt was placed on the fairway about 4-5 feet deep. (Yes, the entire fairway.) This means that the tee is in a hole and you have to navigate a mandatory tree enforced dogleg and a water hazard from the tee blind. You must have a spotter - if for only to let you know that there are no pedestrians in harms way. To boot, some of the chains on hole 11's basket have been broken. Hole 13 and 14 have no chains on their baskets at all. In fact, I recommend skipping hole 13 all together in the summer: the fairway is nothing but rabbit holes (perfect size for breaking ankles) and stinging nettles chest deep. Few holes punish you like this one when you have landed in the middle of the fairway!
General: I was a little disappointed in the course only because I had high expectations - there are a couple of very nice websites that detail this course and really build it up. This course is likely better in the winter and early spring before weeds grow tall and the whether is still too dismal for casual picnickers. I truly enjoyed the front 9, and could have skipped the last nine holes. All tees are either concrete pads or marked on the asphalt pathways except hole nine - hole nine is gravel and a false step will have you falling off the hill through thistles.
