“Tree love/hate and a Park sticker”

Truly a destination disc golf course experience for any and all disc golfers and their friends. Lots of new and
fresh changes happening all of the time. This year’s improvements include new tree plantings that
sculpture, accent and frame both fairways and basket locations. Excellent tee pads, signage and baskets
show the care and commitment that has been given to this special course by volunteers and donations. It is a 27-hole course with “soon to have”
multiple baskets and tee pad locations. As you walk and play this course you will see attention to detail, thoughts
and planning that will make this course better and more enjoyable to play going forward into the future. The Richmond Lake
disc golf course is quite protected from the winds due to mature trees and the undulating topography of the course (perhaps swirling winds ?). The trees, shrubs and vegetation help this course feel warmer in winter play
and cooler on hot summer days. This course is always changing, maturing and improving. The course often plays
a bit differently every day due to the wind, temperature and season of the year (That makes it exciting and fun to play).
The joy, pleasure and satisfaction of both present and future disc golfers is planned and intentional. This course is a blast but also can be quite frustrating, that is why you will want to try it, and you will want to keep coming back. Keep throwing, keep trying and keep improving!
