Matthew Hull 75 - Regular tees, 24 holes "My friends Jon and Mark joined me for an incredibly fun (and challenging!) day of disc golf in Northern KY! We started around 10-ish @ Lincoln Ridge and, until we hit holes 15 & 16, we all had dynamite rounds going for us! I went with my Champion Destroyer right off the bat on #1 (I *LOVE* the first two holes here!) and I would have gotten a better score on #2 had I not slipped badly and gone OB with my Insanity (it drifted to the right most of the day for me for some reason...probably my form not being great...lol). We got a sweet star card on #4 (I threw my Star Teebird here.) and Jon and I snagged birdies on #9 (the hole Jon aced last November!) The wide open holes (#11-13) were a blast as my Champion Katana felt superb and my Freedom rolled a bit on #12. I should have eagled #13 as my Champion Katana was a mere 15-20 ft. to the left of the basket but I flubbed my putt. Another drive I loved was my Apache somehow squeezing through on #17 and my Shield putt finding chains (there is a downward slope beyond the basket so making this putt was HUGE)! I finally got revenge on #22 too (lost my orange Champion Katana here last November in the pond) as I threw my Apache and parked it! I could have played better on #2, #15, and #16 but otherwise, I was very happy with my performance here! :) I only finished a couple of strokes behind Jon too (no easy feat)"Tuesday, November 28, 2017

Matthew Hull 80 - Regular tees, 24 holes "Overall, I really had a solid round. My drives felt great (my Freedom disc really emerged as a top-tier driver for me today) and I love the fact that I was able to snag five 2's on this course. The shot of the day, however, was my friend Jon ACING #9 with a superb flick shot (the Tesla I gave him found the chains!) It was so fun to watch and I had a front-row seat since I was the spotter. Beautiful throw! Unfortunately, my Champion Katana found the lake on #22 which was a HUGE bummer. :( Very, very sad although I hope against hope to get it back again at some point. In any case, I finished #24 with a beautiful Freedom drive and a perfect Buzz approach shot for an *easy* eagle. Not a bad finish. My wife and Jon's woman walked with us too which made for an enjoyable round. A memorable day for sure! Also, I am not sure why Disc Golf Scene is off on pars but I did manage to finish -1 which was my best performance at Lincoln Ridge yet!"Friday, October 20, 2017

Matthew Hull 86 - Long tees, 24 holes "Overall, I feel pretty good about this round. It was my first time playing here and I did manage to get some birdies despite not really feeling it with my approach/putting shots today. It was a bit windy but otherwise, I enjoyed myself!
