Excellent course with great variety of shots. This course is just the right amount of a challenge for intermediate players from the college (short) tees, and for those that are ma2,ma1,mpo, you will have just as much fun throwing from the pros.
The tree groups on the back half are full of hawthorns, so I would suggest not throwing into them. ;)
The grounds crew at the college does a great job of maintaining the course, and the local volunteers are always making sure things are good to play.

Worth the Drive! Spectacular on all levels with multiple baskets. Sometimes we play whoevers has the box picks the basket. Lots of Fun! Pro Tee box and College Tee gives you a variety. Glow Night always fun! Safari Holes! Water spicket at hole 7 to fill your water bottle! League night on Thursday's! Thanks to those all involved that made Jacket Woods an A+ Course! Beautiful new course that is a must-play if you're in the area. There are many holes that feel like they just don't belong in Northwest Ohio and really blew me away the first time that I was able to play the course. The cherry-on-top is the two sets of baskets and tees on nearly every hole that give you the possibility to play a different layout every time you play.

Home Run right outta the box! This place is spectacular! All the people involved in the develpoment of this course have a lot to be proud of! Hours, hours, and more hours and $$$$ have already been poured into this course. Course is still a work in process. Fun factor is through the roof! Some areas of the course are still like a construction site, so be careful. Two pads, two baskets, on every hole. Multiple ways to play it! Hole 1 starts by the main campus, and then you cross the road for hole #2. Cant wait foir a return trip when it dries out and warms up. Elevation,water shots,,pucker up drives,tunnel shots, grip and rip,and finesse,, it has it all. Great teepads and superb navigation! Nice temp signs with posts. At Jacket Woods be prepared to get stung with a Disc Golf treasure. A destination course within an hour of the house! P.S. I used my Zuca cart for the round! This old guy was beat by the end. You might be better served to bag discs for this course. Very Hilly for flatland Midwest! Wonderful walk in the woods! I hit Father John's in Bryan, on a stop before home! Wonderful microbrewery! What a day!

shorts are very score able without being easy and the long tees provide a nice challenge.
The course is very hilly for Northwest Ohio and has a few water hole and wooded and park style holes.
I no longer have to drive a hour to play a nice course with this one and Opdyke in the area now

This course has a little bit of everything and will test every aspect of you game. It is still clearly under construction, but it is already one of my favorite courses! I’m sure it will just get better and better!
