This course is actually great. Challenging holes with a good mix of distances. It is true that there are no tee pads and there are tone poles in place of baskets. It played 18 holes (not 9), and if you talked to somebody who knew how to play it, they would either let you join them or invite you to play Tuesday doubles to learn. For many of us the fact that tone poles were used kept the park empty enough to feel free from the over population of many disc courses. I have personally played about 6 different layouts to this course. As of now the park is done. There will be development of a new park, but disc golf wasn't in the plan. We talked with the Denver Parks department, and some of the new plans included a few disc holes after we pushed for it. When we were asked about baskets, you better believe we asked for tone poles to stay true to the culture of Globeville. If you don't like this place, then you don't understand this place.
