If you are backhand/forehand dominant, then Freestone is the perfect short course to improve upon your non-dominant throwing style and boost confidence for playing fuller length courses with a bigger bag of tricks. Great for youth and practicing new throws but generally an easy, short, and lack luster course that leaves you wishing you had played somewhere else.
