Overcast, gloomy, misty, miserable day in Walla Walla. Drove 2 1/2 hours one-way to play this course. Much longer course than I had expected (blue tees). A few fairly demanding hyzer and annhyzer drives from the tee box. Lots of mud and water on course, but to be expected this time of year. Rather rude locals -- rather than a friendly greeting, I get a "Hey, ya find a blue Boss earlier?" I had -- found it on 2, they asked while I was searching for the 7 teebox....took it over, dropped it off, and didn't even get a thank you......Anywaaaaay.....Wide open course with good placement of baskets using trees and shrubs and even a house/building to alter needed flight patterns. Not a pretty course and not well marked (would have been lost if not for cell phone camera and nice map at parking lot), but a fun and challenging course. Worth the drive.
