Surprisingly long for a 9 hole apartment course on nice property for DG. I first pictured super short holes surrounding apartment buildings but to my surprise the course is located in the surrounding fields and woods with 4 of the 9 holes being >375'. It seems though that there is room for 18 if they redesigned or just used more of the surrounding land. But that may be a money or property issue I'm not at all familiar w/ their situation. Tee pads are dirt and on some holes it is unclear where to even throw from as any ground around the sign is uneven and soft. Tee pads and maybe another 9 holes would make this a great course especially if they put in more holes in the surrounding woods to mix in some technicality. As is it is a nice change of pace from the grueling hilly courses we have here in TC.

not a very long course and not a lot of distance on some of the holes, but I would have to say that it is very well kept and very well put together. The holes are nice and the scenery is pleasant. There are also some interesting holes that present a unique twist which offers a intriguing challenge. If I was rating how well the course is set up and displayed, Id say A+, but b/c of the distance and overall challenge I'm going with a B.
