I liked the wind, but whoever designed this course was high, the first 7 or 8 holes are cool, then every shot after that is straight open field to a basket surrounded by sticker bushes.

Good baskets but that's about it... not enough trees, elevation, or variety

Nice course with a great mix of long and short holes, and trees in the first 9 and then a little to much open on the back 9, but overall great place to play and learn.

man the holes there are deceiving but can be a great place to play

this course is well maintained and easy to follow. just enough long holes and shorter holes and every week the baskets are relocated to change it a bit. love it or hate the wind is there and it can be your friend or foe...if you cant adapt go hide in the trees with the lil gingers on the south side of town with there meager 9 baskets, aposted to cascades awesome 18 baskets and premier t-pads. if a beast cries like a wee lil baby is he still a beast?

Flat, water hazards if its windy, pretty wide open on most tees. covered in goose poo. (you'll have to wash your discs and bag when done)

This course doesn't like when you throw Teebirds off the first tee pad. Not too shabby course. Not much variation. 18 holes. Cement tee pads.

Flat open course. Good layout for what they had to work with!

This course is for the most part open with little bits of sticker briers and water hazards, the wind can blow here when you don't expect it.

Not a very good place right as of now (11/13/20), over run by homeless, I feel sad for them and hopefully the State, County or City can get them relief and return the course back to the nice beginner/intermediate course it was.

The course is improving little more every year. Very flat and open, but it does have multiple pin placements.

Unique how much the WIND is a factor at Cascades. The WIND can make you or break you there.

FUN Course. Nice Layout. Well taken care of course. Windy, but FUN. Good basket placements, long holes, short holes, just a good blend in general. One of my Favorites, other than it EATS my discs. :)

Very boring unless winds are high. No real obsticles just open hole after open hole. Maybe if more o.b. was implemented this course could be better.

Fun course that is mostly open and flat. Tons of goose poop but worth a play. Unless you have a big arm(400ft+), this course is still tough.

So much goose poop!! Fun course none the less. Careful of the first hole, it's a disc cemetery!

Sweet ass course except a couple of holes are laid out just terribly

Great wide open spaces to work on new throws and different discs. Over the last few years it has only gotten better. With the addition of the trees, in several years it will be an entirely different course.

Really liked playing this course. just a fun course to play.

Open - Few Trees- Park Setting - Overall a fun course for a quick round after work.

good upkeep on the park Mr clean, course is in good shape.

I like the course probably the one I play the most since its closest. But after the first 9 holes it feels like just back and forth straight shots.

All the fairways are groomed nicely (recently mowed) and there is a good combo of hard and easy pin placements.

I love the course!! It's a big 18 hole course with long baskets.

Nice open course decently maintained. Great for beginners like me.

Great course, weather slapped the course hard this year ad it's still looking good because of hard work by locals

Wide open course but the lake plays into 3 holes. The wind can be very gusty at times, especially in the evenings.

Lots 'o cigar sized goose turds. Fun place to play and practice the rollers , but definitely lacks shade/wind break and obstacles.

Nice groomed course, basically a walk in the park but few signs.. fun course :)
-1 votes Robert Voss › February 7, 2023
Nothing special and generally low difficulty with mostly wide open spaces and no elevation changes.

No wind today. Sunny, warm and an awesome course. Pretty dry grass a possible fire danger for smokers. Great combination of long, short, technical and open shots. Blackberries can be a bit nasty but not too over-grown to keep your disc. Maintained very nicely. Needs more bathroom facilities and trash cans. A fun, smooth flowing course. Nice job, CCDGC!!

Lack of course map and tee signs is costing the course a letter grade...
Cascades is a wide open course. There are concrete tee pads that do get a little slippery when wet and from the geese...
In the mornings when the wind is come it is a very fun course to go throw. If the wind picks up though discs do funny things and it is not so much fun.
After over a year of playing there the grass under the baskets is still there and a pet peeve of mine...

wide open for the most part! has some long holes

Wash your discs. The goose poop bacteria is the plague. Open course with little or no obsticles. Careful, this course can be unsafe due to criminal eliment, especially at dark.
