I would like to put out a big thank you to those from Chain Gang and others that were able to help out yesterday at Woodmansee and moving some Barkdust around tee pads. Any and all help is appreciated. After my full day on course yesterday cleaning up fairways and trails and with new barkdust spread before Tuesday two's, I feel the course is in the best shape ever at this time. Even so there is always more that can be done, still plenty of barkdust to use up and keeping berryvines and such of ... more

Let's try to all get involved and make it easier for the work to be done.
I feel strongly course condition, signage, and such is important to an enjoyable day instead of just playing on any old place.

Hey all, Just wanted to say thanks to all you great people I've met in the short time I've lived here. Yesterday I was offered and accepted a job in Bend and put in my two weeks notice today at work :) I won't be able to make it to league Monday as I'm leaving for Costa Rica tomorrow for a week (yeah, today is turning out to be a pretty damn good day) but am hoping to make it on the 30th. It's been great getting to play with you all and hopefully I'll see you guys around at some tourneys or ... more

shot a personal best score at dallas on today and these three guys were there for all of it but the first three holes, we met on hole four and they asked if they could tag along since i was by myself and pick up on some tips since they were new to the game. these guys were awsome but because i dont have anyone to verify i will keep the score to myself all in all a great day for disc golf!!

Thanks to Chain gang for their follow thru last couple months as said they would, this month let's schedule for a good turnout to move some barkdust (let me know and I'll be there to help and supervise what I'd like to see). Also thanks out to Dorc's this morning for their trash cleanup. It all helps and makes for better experience on course for all. Lead by good example and explain the big picture, amazing what can be accomplished and how it can create more interest in others to follow. That's what I'm trying to do.
Keep the disc's flying and chains rattling but let's keep our courses maintened so we can enjoy a days play.

Went by Woodmansee course after helping pour last tpad at Keizer. Replaced stolen numbers on couple of tee signs and checking condition course in general. Was surprised no one on course as I thought it was Random doubles day at Woodmansee, must have been no one show I guess. Also the graffitee on cement block hole one is now painted over, see how long it lasts.

Well am proud to announce that the last tee pad #7at Keizer was done today by Jason, Chris M, and myself. That finishes the pouring or installation of all 18 t pads at this time. Job well done by those involved and Jason for his dedication to this project. This should mean for now the tee pad forms should be done at this course so now we can move on to Taloali with them. There is still plenty to do with Pads at Keizer such as back fill them and clean around them, lets step up group and get it done please.

Sorry to hear you missed course Sally, sounds like you drove down road to tee 6 area. The problem is there is no signage out there to guide people past dog park, past house on left then turn left onto bumpy road that leads to parking lot. Hopefully this can be resolved soon to better let folks know how to get into course.

okay, so am I blind? I went to Keizer tonight for the first time and to play league and could not find the course. I drove all around and all the way down the gravel road. Did I totally miss something? Please tell me I didn't drive right by some massive "Disc Golf Course-------> " sign....

Very pleasent round at Woodmansee this morning before heat set in. Got to talk to park maintenance and showed him couple items Supervisor and I had come to agreement on but they not accomplished yet. He was friendly to me and was to handle small items and pass others on to supervisor to get handled. Will check in few days and see what of it got done for us. Please assist me in trying to keep this course in top shape to show what can be accomplished. Means alot to most players shape cours ... more
