Just curious what the logic was around cutting down all the trees? Not sure if this is the right place to ask.

Tried to register earlier I know my rating is lower but would also like to sponsor a hole and was able to do that last year early and play is this possible? Or is it due to player rating. Thanks Kyle!

You should be able to just click hole sponsor at registration and it’ll allow it

Yes! I'm excited for this to be back at Camenisch. 2019 303 at Badlands was my second tournament ever and I've been wanting to play there now that I'm better.

It will not be. There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the property and events so we have to plan for our return to Denver this year.

Bummer… prob still going to try and make it out again, but lodging was much more convenient near foco. Was hoping this might be at little America next year or both. Hope to see ya next year!

Ultimately it was the city and their safety teams decision, they did not consult with us unfortunately prior to this work. From my experience working in parks departments, trees are assessed yearly and if they are dead and pose potential risk to patrons they are removed. It’s very unfortunate and really quite sad but it was unfortunately out of our hands.

Hole 15/16
Thanks Kyle, I hope you don't have to answer that question 100 times during the tournament.
Definitely makes 15 a lot easier. Didn't change approach for me on 16 with the current pin placement. If it were by the lake the open route would be much easier for RHBH.
Those old cottonwood were nice and welcome shade. They also dropped a lot of debris on the course. If its a mixed tournament there's a nice test of wooded and open holes I think.
By mixed I mean both Blair/Lower and Upper Badlands in play.
