Must register on DiscGolfScene by March 16 to get your free disc!
Welcome to the NEWDG Mixer! This is a FREE event hosted by NorthEast Women’s Disc Golf and Powered by Prodigy.
Every player will receive a disc from Prodigy to start off their 2024 tournament season right!
Special thanks to the Webster Disc Golf Club for waiving greens fees for the day for Mixer participants.
Round 1: Update We will be playing triples with teams made day-of
There will be all sorts of CTPs and side games to make this even more fun along with awards for the top teams! We will also hold our first Bag Tag Raffle - see below!
After round 1, bring your lunch and come join us for snacks (free!), drinks (cash bar!), and awards ceremony (prizes!) in the Webster Fish and Game Club right near hole 18. Stay even longer for live music starting at 4pm.
Round 2 (Optional): Stick around in the afternoon to play a casual singles round. Optional $10 buy-in with payouts by division. If you don’t want to pay the buy-in, you can still jump on a card and play for fun! This will be a great way to give your new 2024 NEWDG bag tags a try! Wait.. what’s a bag tag? We are (re)introducing NEWDG bag tags in 2024. A bag tag is a numbered tag you hang from your bag showing your membership to NEWDG and adds a little more competition (and fun!) to your rounds. Register for one during sign-up!
BONUS: 100% of bag tag sale proceeds go directly back to YOU in the form of increased player payouts and player’s packs at all NEWDG Queen of the NorthEast tournaments. We will also hold a bag tag raffle for tag members at each tournament - starting with this one!
