Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Kansas City Disc Golf, Inc. is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
The PDGA Withdrawals and Refund rule will be followed. Please see https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103 for specifics.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (less the $10 processing fee).
Within 29 days of the event, Pro players will receive 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (less the $10 processing fee) until registration closes, if the entry is filled from the waitlist. After registration closes, no refund will be awarded.

If the entry is NOT filled from the waitlist, the player will receive the player pack or 50% of entry in lieu of a monetary refund..
After registration is closed and waitlist are filled there will be no refunds! You will however receive a refund for any extra items that you purchased through registration.
