We're less than a week away from the Spring Fling Pro Day, and I wanted to give you a few more details from the previous email.
We have nearly finalized the Condor layout for and I've attached a map and hole-by-hole description and rule sheet. Barring a huge amount of rain this week, things are drying out but hole 12 is still a concern with the amount of water. The description sheet describes our alternate placement if things don't dry out. We will make the final decision on Friday.
All temp holes have their tees and hole placements flagged on the course. Hole 16s double islands are also currently flagged at the course. Some baskets are currently in the Amateur day layout positions, and will not be moved until Saturday night after their rounds are complete. This affects hole 8, hole 13, and potentially hole 12.
Due to the amount of rain we've received this month, grass is long in some areas of the course so please watch your discs. We will be out on Friday to set up and try to trim some of the worst areas. If you are available and have a weed whacker, we'd love to have volunteers assist us Friday. Thanks in advance!
Finally, ticks are prevalent on the course this year. Please wear bug spray, and check yourself for ticks during and after the rounds.
