The TDGPA will begin scheduled closure of the Aternate Course at Ft Steilacoom. This closure is the first step toward Showcasing two premier independent courses at Ft Steilacoom rather than several courses. Safety concerns and player flow issues have mandated that these improvements be made.
We can now begin to focus our attention on the Premier Course concept. This concept will save the club hundreds of hours of course maintenence that will be shifted to supporting maintenence and improvement of the remaining courses at Ft Steilacoom. You too can help by Not uncovering the closed tee pads.
The Aternate Course will still be offered to our Tournament Directors for event logistics but will remain closed to casual play.
