Wednesday Singles 4/4/12
CCR Wednesday Night Singles.
New format, new season!
1) 24 weeks of divisional singles play: Recreational, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite. First 2 weeks we meet at Grand Woods by the pavilion near 16’s basket, check-in 5:15 - 5:55, tee at 6 pm. First place winners in all divisions win an Innova Dicatcher.
Full season schedules will be handed out the first 2 weeks and posted on the discgolfscene.com and at the message board at Grand Woods.
$35 for non-club members, $5 off for current CCR members (CCR membership bag tags will be available for purchase at all league nights, but must be purchased upon registration to receive $5 discount).
As part of your entry fee, 24 week competitors receive at Dry-fit league tee-shirt and a custom stamped Club disc (DX Roc, Yeti Aviar, Star Destroyer, Blizzard Boss).
2) CCR’s Wednesday Night PDGA Sanctioned Summer League Showdown: Players who do not wish to compete in a full 24 week season may enter a division and compete with the existing members of that division in a trophy only PDGA Sanctioned 12 week season.
The cost is $25, which includes 10 sanctioned rounds and a Dry-fit league tee shirt (a Custom Stamp Club disc may be purchased at a discounted rate). The 12 week season begins June 6th at Burchfield Park and will run through August 29th... the 10 weeks of sanctioned play will begin June 20th (giving you slackers some time to catch-up :))
Players who entered the 24 week season receive 4 dropped scores and may pay an extra $12 by June 6th to have their rounds rated for the 12 week Showdown, either way, they still compete for the 12 week trophy only prize, as well the 24 week basket. Players competing in the 12 week season receive 2 dropped rounds (however the rounds will still be rated)
* Wednesday October 3rd will be the League Awards Party at Grand Woods with our traditional long drive and putting contests, grill out, Club flymart and a Supersized Club meeting.
