WOW, I turn my back for a few hours and a ton of good disc-ussion ensues. Thanks to everyone for their solid input and it is all taken in. Listen, I cannot say this enough, even to those who want to give up after 1 week: We have an opportunity to establish a long term relationship inside during the long winter months for some putting fun, competition, and BEER TOWERS. We have completed 2 weeks and have learned a lot on how to make this a solid night out for everyone, the very talented and the not-so-talented. Both weeks we have implemented different solutions from format changes to technology while fitting 38 people into a nice room that is too small to expand or fit many more. An alternative would be to split up and go to a 2 night rotation - Monday and Wednesday. I can do one night but not two. I already give up my entire Saturday so if someone out there wants to champion Wednesday nights I think we can split up and make the evenings flow a bit better. If not, we will all stay on Monday and work this out until the end of March. Having the Excel file ready to go will be a HUGE time saving tool As we approach the last two weeks of March the plan is to have a BYO Partner. Maybe we implement that strategy after next week and see how it goes so we something to benchmark for the end of March. Lets see how the Excel file helps next week and think about BYOP for March 1st. If anyone wants me to e-mail them the Excel file for a preview and some suggestions - LMK and I will e-mail it right over. Keep the dialogue coming - it's all GOOD!
