D.O.R.C.s @ Weatland DGC on Oct.27th

Would it be possible to set up early if i could provide some help? I could be there as early as 6am to help set up & I would like to get an idea of where to meet and what cover is available for tournament central? I may be able to help with that too. Im very excited about this course and would like to help promote this event.

I believe the park doesn't open it's gates till 7am

Nope. First off the park doesn't open until 7am. We will not have the course ready on Oct 27th. We understand that the Zombie Bash is scheduled for that day. Mostlikely that tournament will take place on some temp. holes and some temp. tee pads. Along with some of the actual course. It depends on how much work gets done before then.

DORCS, did you get my message about Oct 6?? Please message me because it is a private course and the board said no one can come unless they say how many are coming before hand because we have a retreat going on. Please message me number of people coming (thanks :)

The Oct. 6th date is likely going to be at a different venue unless D.O.R.C.s players check in with the D.O.R.C.s league "talk" thread to r.s.v.p. D.O.R.C.s is difficult to anticipate turnout.
