I don't think it's that people don't give a **** about disc golf. But in reality, how many people do you know that aren't into it, don't do it, and actually care about it? And, don't forget about how the park is funded. Pretty sure it is a township park, paid by the taxes of the township residents. How many of those are disc golfers? How many of those are the people using the course? My guess is a very very small percentage. Typically the people who fund things have the biggest impacts. The biggest impact we can make is by going to the meetings- that means taking time out of your disc golf schedule. I am at fault as well for not attending, but on my end I can't complain because of that. And, I would totally run for election to be a township official.
