I said "publicly accessible park", not "publicly owned park". Anyone with a valid ID is allowed to enter and play. Also, if you throw your disc into the water and wade in after it, how did it suddenly become the property of another? And where is it stated that you are not allowed to go after it? Jul 16, 2011
