Registration is now open for Loco IV. To register, we need to know your name, division, pdga# (if you have one), and a way to get a hold of you, whether it's email or phone. We are trying out a FREE registration, so please only register if you intend to play. You can send an email to [email redacted] or post to the 'Talk' section on this tournament page on discgolfscene. With the way tournaments have been filling up in MI this year, we expect a big turnout and could fill up at 144 players. We will start a wait list if that happens, so again please only register if you intend to play. We are trying to be cool and easy by giving you the player the option of free registration, no fees! Here are some more details on the tournament:
When: Saturday May 2, 2009. Registration 8:30-9:30
What: Loco IV, PDGA B Tier tournament, AM Nationals Qualifier, Michigan State Finals Qualifier, (at least) $500 added cash to the pro purse.
Players Pack: Disc + Mini
Lunch: Optional, provided on site for an additional fee.
Where: Independence Lake County Park. Two courses will be used. One is the amazing "Picnic Course", where wind of Independence can smash your dreams of a perfect round. The 2nd course will be a new one that no one has ever played before, and it currently in design. Once the tournament is over this will become the permanent course at Independence Lake.
Hope to see you all there, and try to get out to Indy as much as possible in April, as we do not know when the Picnic Course will go back in the ground (if ever)..
