I wore my lucky green shirt and
The weather broke and there were 12 folk on Patrick's birthday and he wouldn't pull until we said "Zuel, Zuel, Zuel" and my partner says " who's got the dragonfly?" And I'm ecstatic because my partner's got the #1 flag tag.
So we face off against Waymon (ace man) Peet and the course pro. With a star frame on 9 everyone's feeling good. The next duece didn't come until 13. Roc, 10ft away. We take the pad and keep it. We did not billfold on the alley and our lone blemish was on 4. Drive got us to the top of the hill and from there...and there's where we switch to a different card. Doug Marinovich deuces 4C from the top of the hill. Shot of the day!
Birthday boy and league leader roll in at 53. #1 and partner finish with 52.
