If you are planning a trip to Hornings be aware that Meadow Ridge is closed this weekend due to a Boy Scouts of America Jamboree. The other courses are open with some holes being closed due to Scout activities. You can still play the courses but there will be lotsa company at the park.

Lost a champion glow valkyrie on Canyon course hole 18, second shot. I think it went in the water or to the trees on the left of the basket, but myself and my group couldn't locate it with our flashlights. Name and number should be on it, but if its not message me here if you find it!

Lost a bright green Star Xcaliber on hole 18 of the Canyon Course yesterday. No idea where it went, it looked like my drive was right down the middle of the fairway, then my disc was nowhere to be found! Has my name and number on it, hope someone finds it!

today I lost my Dark Pink Millennium Scorpius on hole 11, to the left just before the basket. maybe it went somewhere in the ravine, but we looked everywhere. let me know if you find it.

Next weeks D.O.R.C.s league will be at Horning's Hideout. In D.O.R.C.s fashion a "FUNKY FORMAT" will apply!:)
(1st ROUND) Highland Course "singles stroke play"
(2nd ROUND) Meadow Ridge Course "doubles", teams selected by best score teamed with worst score from 1st round
(3rd ROUND) Canyon Course "LONE WOLF", scores will be combined from 1st & 2nd ROUND, points earned in "LONE WOLF" will be subtracted from combined scores! :)
Total points leader will earn the green star.

Thanx TD!!! means a lot that you have my back... and yes hornings will be closed to disc golf and re open on next tuesday but for safe measures its prolly best to try and play on wednesday due to the fact that the warrior dash obsticals will still be standing most likely and it would be nice to let the crew have a break to recover so they can get rest and do what they need to do in order to get the place cleaned up etc ;)

HORNINGS HIDEOUT WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC STARTING TODAY AND LASTING UNTIL NEXT TUESDAY DUE TO THE WARRIOR DASH. If you show up they will turn you away, so respect the event and Hornings Hideout.

There seems to be a rash of RED ink writing on the hole #10 basket bashing Matt Hylton and his skill as a disc golfer. Whomever wrote the slurs directed at Matt need to get a set of balls and speak to the man himself. You hide behind the anonymous pen and sound like you are a bit jealous of Matt. WHOMEVER YOU ARE, YOU ARE GUTLESS AND HAVE NO CLASS!! IF YOU ARE SOMEONE I CALL A FRIEND AND I FIND OUT YOU DID THIS, I WILL BE PISSED! If you dont have the balls to tell Matt what you think of him to his face, then get your ass to Hornings and clean up the mess you left wrote on the basket.

Lost my neon green Blizzard Boss on hole 15 of Meadow Ridge (7/13/12). Over drove the basket and I think it went over the barbed wire fence somewhere near the left side of the hill.

Ok this goes out to who ever keeps changing Meadow Ridges Par. You may not like it at par 58 but that is the par for the course. Hole 7 is a Pro par 3 and an am 4. This is where all the problem I bet are coming from. Please stop changing the par.

There will be 1500 Boy Scouts having a jamboree on Meadow Ridge this weekend so it is closed to the public. However, Canyon and Highlands are still playable.
No merit badges for downing an abundance of scouts with your discs.
They was everywhere but I could get a clear shot at one.lol Just kidding. The Scouts were all playing on Highlands and there were alot of them.
