Work Day! Anyone who can come PLEASE do. Next Sunday April 14th between the hours of 12pm and 5pm. We are wrapping up the original nine so the park can go move on to the next 15 so we can have our 24 hole course! Our league and PDGA Sanctioned tournament are both at the park's approval and they want to have the course complete by the tournament. Please contact me with any questions.

yes and those wont be as necessary as eagle scouts are coming this spring to build a bench on every other hole. progress being made for sure.

Bill, let me know when the major volunteer work begins again this year. It wouldn't be the first work day we've had 24 chains do. We could see if we can get the votes out there one week.

That sounds good thanks for the response! Is the rest of the course already designed/who's in charge of the designing? I see some serious potential in this course the property given is fantastic! Reminds me of a northern Michigan course, keep me posted on work days

looks like the only work day this week will be sunday from 2 - 7 or so.
we may be helping level he tees.
so shovels might be good.
but in case bring rakes, tree loppers etc.

we will be having 2 work days this coming weekend.
saturday from 3 - 7, sunday 2 - 7
bring the gloves, pants recommended
rakes, tree loppers, hand tools basically as we are not allowed to use power tools. will be working on holes to clean the sides better and cleaning the crap on the fairways as well.

Yes, the remaining holes should be in later this year.
keep in mind the front 6 holes are intended as ADA holes and really are just warm up holes for regular disc golfers. the front 9 is part of the real course and will complete a 24 hole course when the remaining 15 holes are placed.

Still 9 real holes. 6 handicapped "ADA" holes. League playes 3 safari and 9x2 for a total of 21 holes. Tomorrow is league 6pm, $5 random draw dubs.

Thanks Bryan. 4 of 6 holes are cut in on the other side. I'm GUESSING 3 weeks till any new baskets go in over there. The "Champ" 6 are being started now.
