About this tournament

When: PDGA Sanctioned Summer League on Saturdays running from Jun 26-Aug 28. Posted times are the target start times. Signups will start 4.5 days before league round starts. You can signup each week online through a listed tournament in Disc Golf Scene to secure your spot, or you can sign up the morning of up until 20 minutes before tee time (9:00am) as long as we have room.
Where: This league would include one round each week at Golden Grove, Dolly Cooper, Timmons, Grand Central Station, Trails, and Hampton Park with several bye weeks. See schedule for dates.
How Much: Entry fees vary by division as described below. When you check out, there is an option for Upstate DGC members to get a $1 discount. To become a member, go to https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/Upstate_Disc_Golf_Club_Membership_2021
Optional Ace Pool: If no one hits Ace pool, it will carry over to the next league round. If no one hits at the end of the summer league, it will go to the club to finance future events and course improvements.
Optional CTP: There will be a CTP (Closest To Pin) each week. Closest wins the pot. Aces do not count towards the CTP.
Format: We will have shotgun starts each week. You can signup each week online to guarantee your spot without sitting in line. I will setup 6 independent events on Disc Golf Scene that can be used to pre-register each week. You can still bring cash the day of the event if it does not fill in pre-registration. The winter league was close to capacity each week, so get to the event early if you plan to pay in person. If you register and don't withdraw within 24 hours of tee time, the entry is non-refundable.Keep in mind that the league administrative team may choose to move people up a divisions even during the season if the administrative team feels such a move is warranted.

Membership: Membership in the PDGA and/or Upstate DGC is not required to participate, but you do need to be a member of PDGA to receive ratings for your rounds played.
Division Champion:
-We will use PDGA League scoring to determine division champions.
-Top division finishers for the league season will receive an Upstate DGC Pin.
Bag Tags: Turn in your tag at check in. We will distribute at end when all scoring is complete
Payouts: 25% of field in each division will be receive payout.

Upstate Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. If you register and don't withdraw within 24 hours of tee time, the entry is non-refundable.
