About this tournament

We are excited to announce our 2nd annual charity disc golf tournament in support of the B+ Foundation.

The B+ Foundation is about Kids Helping Kids Fight Cancer through activities such as dance marathons, 5Ks, T-shirts sales, and for the second year - disc golf! The foundation supports research and advocacy and is the largest provider of financial assistance to families of children with cancer nationwide.

Throughout high school, I have participated in our B+ Foundation club. I wanted to host this tournament to combine my passion for playing disc golf with wanting to help raise money to support cancer research. Last year, we had 85 players sign up for our inaugural tournament and we raised over $5,000! Cancer research is close to my heart because I have lost my grandparents and my aunt to cancer.

This year we are pleased to join forces with Birdie Disc Golf Supply as our lead sponsor for this year's tournament,

Birdie Presents: Kicking Cancer In Support of the B+ Foundation.

The second annual charity disc golf tournament will take place on Sunday June 12, 2022 at Brandywine Creek State Park. All proceeds raised from the tournament will be donated to the B+ Foundation.

This will be a single round tournament:
The tournament will be held from 8:45 to 12:30, with 5 separate divisions (Open, MA1, and MA2), all playing to the long baskets. MA3 and MA4 will be playing to the short baskets.
All rounds will receive a PDGA rating.

PLEASE NOTE - This tournament is an X-Tier (Charity) event and 100% of the tournament fees will be donated to the B+ Foundation. We have been approved by the PDGA to waive typical disc golf tournament payouts, and we will award prizes to those in the top of their division. I hope you will join our tournament and help us meet our goal of raising $5,000 for the B+ Foundation.
