who made the teepads with the big holes in them? just terrible.. Do those get filled with cement?

They are made by the State of Michigan for boat launches. They will get filled when the course is done. I've personally never had an issue with them, not sure if anyone has gotten their foot inside one?

It fixable but the holes do create some issues as concrete will not bind with other concrete, so these pads will require a bit more upkeep, if we can get a plan together with the office we hope to have them at least filled with sand/dirt or limestone to make the pad more functional.
