Tonight was the final round this season for the Ottawa Disc Golf League. All the younger players are back to school and it was very close to dark when we finished the round tonight. It's time to bring it to a close.
I want to thank all 38 players who participated this season. 25 of those 38 players played 3 or more rounds. I want to congratulate Steve Traucht for perfect attendance. He and I are the only 2 players who played all 15 rounds this year.
Congratulations also to Fred Cartwright. He is the only player who threw an Ace this year. As a result, he was the player with the highest payout this year at $184.
The Ace pool balance at the end of the season is $166 so it will start next year at $100 with $66 in reserve.
