Mark, Here are my thoughts.
- It is my opinion that 100% of last year's Tuttle Tuesday Ace Fund (which was not won by anyone) should be spent on the Tuttle Creek course. I think this still fits in with your idea of using it for course improvement... after all, aren't the baskets at Tuttle in the most desperate need among the amenities at our three Manhattan courses?

- Regarding officially forming a "Club", I think we should hold a few brainstorming meetings very soon to see if we can get one off the ground. I think if we want to accomplish anything, we will need to meet at an off course location. I have contacted the Manhattan Public Library (http://www.manhattan.lib.ks.us/ ) regarding reserving meeting rooms. It is my understanding that we may fit the category of groups that can use their meeting rooms for FREE! Now that the Tuesday & Wednesday league nights are starting, I propose we meet on a Monday night or a Saturday morning...

Among topics we should discuss at our first couple club brain storming meetings are as follows;
- Club Mission Statement (club goals later)
- Meeting Structure
- Meeting Time & Day
- Officer Structure
- Course Representatives
- Course Work Days
