So here's the breakdown of cost for glo supplies:

Basket prep: LED tea lights 20qty cost $12 at big lots. 20 extra batteries included. Use one to mark each basket. These should last at least 5 two-hour rounds per battery. Also needed is electrical tape to secure light to basket, probably one roll per night. A 10-pack roll is $6.50.

LED lights for discs: 100qty of LEDs costs $20. 100qty cr2032 batteries costs $20.00. Need clear packaging tape to secure to lights/batteries to discs. 1 large Roll at $5 goes a long way. Typically you don't use more than 3 discs for glow. Each LED/Battery should last at least 5 rounds. (just don't lose them!)

Total cost to get started and play 10 nights is $18.50 + $45 = $63.50 + $6.50 shipping = $70 for at least 10 nights.
Which makes average cost per night = $7.00

So if we have at least 5 people play each week we can set admission at $2.00 per person (includes 3 LEDs) we will cover all costs and raise some money for the club treasury.

If support builds and we have 10+ people per night, we can start collecting extra for payouts.
