Question for Edan. The announcement that there was no 2011 USDGC came in August before the 'Tall Grass Open.' Some quick research shows August 25th, there was an announcement made that the USDGC would become a biennial event. With the point series only halfway done, when the announcement was made, the reward for the winner could have easily been changed before the 'End of Season Finale.' What I'm getting at is this, why wasn't the prize for winning the point series changed when the announcement was made? How does it make any sense to promise a prize for winning a series knowing that the prize can't be delivered?
