changes upcoming to leagues
based on what happened on thursday for midland dubs held at freeland there are going to be some changes and rules/guidelines for wednesday nights. if you don't like these changes you need not to attend any further!!!

hey guys
If it continues to rain the way it has been all day yesterday and today leagues will be cancelled for tonight i don't really feel like playing in 40 degrees and pouring rain. Also with all the low lying areas of this course most of it would probably be flooded or super super muddy and come on who really wants to deal with that crap! If someone braver than I chooses to do them just let me know and ill update the leaderboard and ace pool accordingly. Thanks for your time guys have a good day!!!

Update!!!
Leagues are scheduled to start tonight at 530 pm. I don't know if ill be able to make it out there or not Ive got some things to do this afternoon and don't know if ill be back in town or not. If anyone is there and wants to get it going and get me the cards and ace pool money later be my guest!! If im able to make it out there before you guys finish i can grab everythng and scores will be posted later this evening! Thank you everyone for your time and here's looking at the start of a great season!!!

so guys i was thinking of calling an end to dubs for the year since the ace pool was hit this week there is no money in it and i feel there is no need to start piling up money if i planned on ending the league in like two weeks anyway. let me know what you guys think. if anyone wants to do it for the next few weeks or during the winter be my guest!

THE ISSUE THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING DISCUSSED AROUND THE FREELAND CLUB HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. A MISUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THOSE INVOLVED CAUSED THIS.
It is all cleared up.

Leagues Winding down. Read This!
This week is the last official league day for Freeland 5pm. I will be running a 100% payout round every wed. after this week at 5pm sharp, and will run for as many weeks as we have adequate light. The league party for those of you who didn't hear will be Sunday the 10th. First round at chippawa banks, tee off @ 10am. From there we will go to Freeland where we will play a round. This Week 8-11-10
We will be playing singles cali! Berths to the michigan state finals will be awarded to the best finishing players that do not have berths. There will be no charge for the berths normal league prices. I know a lot of us already have a berth to the finals, but it will be a fun twist on our normal league routine! Payouts will pay down at least 2 times the normal spots! Ctp's and other fun stuff as well. Also this will be a great way to get some serious points in the co-op series!

Summer's about here... Time to Grill!
The days are getting longer and it's about time to start grilling out! I would like to continue our tradition of grilling this year and keep it going for a long time. We will be cooking out the last Wednesday of the month for the rest of our season. I would love to have a couple volunteers to assist with prep and cooking throughout the year, so give me a shout if you wouldn't mind flippin' some burgers. With all the new players, this is a great way to get to know each other and bring us closer as a club. See you out there!

Names on Score cards!
Since no one took me seriously about putting your first and last name on score cards, last weeks scores will not be recorded. If there are six joe's and 3 matts and 4 john's, how am i supposed to figure out who is who. It's not my job to go out of my way to call people and launch an investigation over it. There are people out there that actually care about these scores being posted so hopefully this week will be different.
