They are putting in a sidewalk on the Detroit side of the park. Hole 3 is unplayable for the most part currently and it looks like the teepad and possibly the sign may be effected on hole 4.

Yes they are there every year, and there seem to be more of them every year. They never really started showing up til a few years ago. They do not bite though, so they really aren't much of a harm except as an annoyance.

Did anyone see the ant hills all over the coarse (mostly on hole 1, 3, and 4)?
Those hills had flying ants and some sort of weird bees flying everywhere!
Looking around being surrounded by flying ants and bees was crazy.
Does that happen every spring?

Not surprisingly the top of the basket is now gone on 9. There is only the cage and the pole

matt its been broken since monday... some **** decided to pull on the top of the cage and since it was only a haggar weld job im actually surprised it lasted this long. with all the idiots up there im sure its only a matter of time before it gets stolen unless it gets fixed asap

basket on hole 9/18 has basically been destroyed at the top where the ring is welded to the top of the basket. If you hit chains on your putt the top is going to fall off. I'll be amazed if it doesn't get stolen/vandalized worse in the near future. Had to have happened during the day today as I putted on it at lunch at it was fine.
