The mud here is not bad. It gets a little slick in some places (the path from 2 to 3, Up the hill on 11, down the hill on 12, 13, 15) but you won't be losing shoes or anything like that. One or two nice sunny days and it's just fine.

Peter: think putting/chipping green and driving range applied to disc golf. Good warmup area for dubs, so I hope it happens.

Last time I talked to the park was right before they closed for the construction. Not sure who is talking to them right now, if anyone.

I'm just saying the road off the 23 exit could use some work as well, it's nice to see they added rolling hill's in the new round about haha

G lane, do I sense sarcasm?

Sorry G lane.... round abouts are so EFFICIENT!! Traffic signals are so damn slow and WORTHLESS. It's not all that hard. If someone is in the round about they will hit you if you pull out, miss them and get in there, if you screw up go around again... What is everyone's malfunction? I can see illinois or Ohio having trouble with these... not michiganders :)

...Same millage that funded the Chuck D at Indy

RHP has plans to expand and add more activities. This road work was deemed necessary to meet those goals.

i agree with the rest of you. round abouts are so european. a traffic signal would have been much better.

Trevor, If I am correct....I believe that would all be provided by washtenaw county residents via the millage/tax. The water park certainly provides a lot of traffic.

how did Michigan afford that? i mean that's 65% taxpayer money that could have been spent on some roads that NEED work

I thought the same thing. Are they planning on having something going on there? Why do they need the big round about? And all of that extra parking? I can't ever remember being there with all the parking they had before being full?

Wow, alot of asphalt, its like a maze getting back to the parking lot

I agree with JD, it would be a shame to lose any of those back nine holes.....15 is probably the hole with the greatest question mark.....Perhaps the tee could be moved closer to that observationsdeck, placing it on flatter area....then stairs could be made.
