Alcyon Woods Disc Golf Course | Drone Flyover | Course Review
•Alcyon Woods, located in Pittman NJ, opened in 2019 and located within Alcyon Park, has both a short and long layout giving a fun challenge to players of all skill levels. This fully wooded and very well maintained course features 10 par 3’s and 8 par 4’s giving the opportunity for a good variety of scores and necessitating a lot of decision making.
•Tight lines, and shot variety are the distinguishing features here at Alcyon.
•Great design using strategically placed trees to shape fairways, offsetting tee pads to add difficulty to otherwise stock shots, and the variety of hole shapes makes this a very fun and challenging course to play.
•Some of the fairways get close to each other so watch out for other players on adjacent holes. Other than that, the flow of the course is well thought out and the many “next tee” signs makes this an easy to follow layout. Added bonus for doing it all on such a small property.
•The ground both on and off the fairway have been cleared out very well and along with the large paver tee pads, this course is very well maintained. Dog Friendly, Cart Friendly, Restroom Available
