Players Meeting Turkey Toss 2020
Thank you for joining us this year to compete at Turkey Toss MMXX – Supported By Innova Champion Discs! (Covid edition). I'll outline key points in message, but because this is a COVID edition event I strongly suggest that you watch and understand the video virtual players meeting. When you’re getting ready for the event- be sure to pack plenty of water, snacks and wear your sunscreen. At this time of year there is NO RESTROOM or WATER on the course.
Things are working a little differently this year due to Covid operating restrictions – I had to outline and sign an agreement in order to be able to hold this event. As a result ALL rules will be followed with strict compliance as not to jeopardize our ability to hold future events.

WE NEED YOUR HELP - After the round (round 1), your group may be responsible for moving a basket. Members of your group will receive this assignment with the online scoring password. I know many of you will be looking forward to the shorter positions, so thank you in advance for your help!
This event will strictly be ONLINE SCORING. Here's a how to video with a couple of tips to avoid drama and trauma- be sure to check it out. Players are welcome to bring their own paper score card to keep notes and as a reference, but the PDGA digital scorecard will be the official score of record.

START OF THE ROUND
We will be starting at the round 8am (or just after). Be at your holes and ready. You may practice on nearby baskets until you hear "2 MINUTES" called throughout the course. When you hear the call, please yell the same out so we can pass the word along to all participants n all holes. After your hear 2 minutes, all practice must cease- any disc thrown after that call counts for a throw in the round. After 2 minutes, you will hear "START" please repeat the call as you did with the 2 minute call and commence with your round.

Tickets will be $1ea or 25 for $20 AND WINNERS DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN! The raffle is going down Saturday after the last card finishes (about 4:30ish). Prizes must be claimed within 7days by setting it up with me or they disappear (or you can just hang out and collect them as you win).
