Tee off time for second round lower division ams is between 12-12:30. Just depends on when MPO, MA1 and MA2 finishes their round. All afternoon players report to tournament central to get the go ahead when to head to your holes and start.

Some of you were confused on a couple of holes but I have revised and clarified rules on the PDGA scoring website a bit more. Holes 1-18 are the original layout with normal rules. Hole 19 has a drop zone for missed mandatory shots. Shots that make the mando but go OB after play from last in bounds with penalty stroke. Hole 18, all divisions are throwing from the long tee pad. Tee shots that never crossed in must re tee with penalty stroke or play from last in bounds with penalty stroke. Hole 20 is a double Island hole. Tee shots and any shots after that must land on any island. Drop zone is for missed island shots off the tee. Any shots after that play from last in bounds with penalty stroke. Hole 22 has a grass area on the right side that you can lay up on. Any shots right of the sidewalk on the right of the grass area is OB. Play from last in bounds with penalty stroke. Hole 26 stays the same, lower divisions throw from shorter tee pad and higher divisions throw from the long tee pad. Same goes for hole 27. Lower divisions throw from short tee pad and pros throw from long tee pad. Every division will play the long layout. Short position baskets will be taped up. One last thing I forgot. I have a small car so I couldn’t haul everything I had for players packs. MA1 and MA2 will receive their shirts after their rounds. All other am divisions will receive their shirts before the start of their round at 12. So please go to tournament central for your shirts.

The PDGA website shows MA2 has 8:00 AM start times. The email says 12:45 PM start time. Can you confirm which one is correct?

Tournament central/Parking/Check-in:
Tournament central will be located by original hole 1 on East Roosevelt Street. Parking is available by tournament central, across the street from tournament central and by the restrooms East of tournament central. All ams checking in will receive a players pack (shirt, disc, pin, towel and hat). Lower Divisions (FA1,MA40, MA50, MA60, FA2, MA3, FA3) Saturday check-in time will be 6:30am-7:30am. All pros checking in will not receive a players pack. Pros will only checkin with their name. MPO, MA1, MA2 Saturday check-in time will be 11:00am-12:00pm. No check-in Sunday for any division.

Players meeting/Shotgun Start:
Saturdays players meeting for Lower Divisions (FA1, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA2, MA3, FA3) will be 7:30am-8:00am.
Saturdays players meeting for MPO, MA1, MA2 will be 12:00-12:30pm.
Sundays players meeting for Lower Divisions (FA1, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA2, MA3, FA3) will be 12:45pm-1:15pm.

We are doing a shotgun start for all rounds. Lower Divisions (FA1, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA2, MA3, FA3) will tee of at 8:00am on Saturday and at 1:15 on Sunday.
MPO, MA1 & MA2 will tee off at 12:45pm on Saturday and at 8:00am on Sunday.

Awards ceremony/Raffle tickets/raffle:
Awards ceremony for MPO, MA1 & MA2 will be Sunday at 11:50am–12:30pm.
Awards ceremony for lower divisions (FA1, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA2, MA3, FA3) and raffle will be Sunday at 4:00pm-5:00pm. Raffle tickets can be bought at tournament central for $1 a ticket. Anyone who donates a new disc will receive 10 free raffle tickets. Raffle will include some 2021 Nate section firebirds, Innova discs, Innova stool chairs and more.

Layouts:
MPO & MA1 will be throwing to baskets with yellow tape located in the middle of the baskets (All Long basket positions) for both round 1 & 2. All other divisions including MA2 will be throwing to baskets with pink tape. Round to for lower divisions will throw to baskets with yellow tape. Some baskets will have both tapes on them which means there is only one basket position on that hole. Holes are 3, 4 ,5, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17 & 18. Baskets on hole 19-27 will not have any tape on them since all divisions will throw to the same basket all rounds. Lower divisions will have a few shorter tee pads which are hole 18 (round 1), 26 & 27. Layout maps have been updated and can be found on the UDisc app under “X-Mas Clash 2” at the Vista Del Camino course. Layout rules have been emailed and posted on discgolfscene as well. All players will play a 27 hole layout (normal 18, plus the 6 in the back and 3 added temp holes).

Online scoring:
We will be using online scoring at the PDGA website. Players at the top of their card must keep score online. Go to PDGA.com/score. Type in the access code which is “XMASCLASH” (all uppercase) to gain access. Once there, type in PDGA number or full name and start play. All rules, hole par count and distance, and all ctps will be on the online scoring.

Ace pot-
Ace pot is not too bad. It is currently sitting at $340. All aces must pay into the ace pot to win the ace pot money. If more than one ace is hit, the ace pot will be split evenly. If no ace is hit, a CTP will take place for the ace pot at the end of the tournament.

Address/Spectators:
Spectators are allowed at any time. They are allowed to watch any player at any time as they are respectful and do not get into players shots or putts and don’t talk while throwing or putting. Address for tournament is….
