Amateur players pack is one tournament stamp disc and a westside bag with the rest of the players pack included. Before your round pick you disc and grab a bag.
Do not show up more than an hour before your teen time unless I have approved it for a valid reason.
Tee times are every 10 minutes starting at 8:15am with 4 people per card. Be at tee 1 more than 2 minutes before your tee time. Each card must have one person keep score on the PDGA live scoring PDGA.comScores access code Westside and another play keep score via another method. We have paper score cards if needed.
Later in the morning the main parking lot may be full. Give yourself extra time to pack in a different lot and walk up to hole 1.
I will be processing removals and waitlist adds till about 10pm tonight and then one last time around 6am tomorrow morning. If you are on the waitlist you will get an email if you get in.
All divisions are close in tee times; after the last card is in from a division, we will then be doing a one division awards.
Pros will be paid out via the paypal they registered with unless they provide another email. Pros not wanting to accept cash need to let me know Saturday.
Layout is 1,2,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34to35,36&19. Since we are playing 3 holes on the east side, and casuals will be playing the east side please expect delays on these holes and let them have the right away if possible.
The course is not closed to the public while the tournament is going on and we must respect all other park goers. Be polite and inform them that a disc golf tournament is going on and the WESTSIDE of the course is very busy today.
For amateur payout, I will be following the 45% cut line for who gets payout. All players above that line will win a disc of choice. Additionally people who are in 2nd place will also get a custom event stamp macro mini. Lastly people who win 1st place will get a trotter box and the custom event stamp macro mini.

You will be playing all the longest tees except holes 2,24 & 34. Hole 2 play from the B tee pad; hole 24 play from the medium pad which is the older long tee pad; hole 34 play from short tee pad.
All OB are on the paper and electronic scorecards.
Hole 1: OB tall grass marked by flags; OB path and beyond by basket.
Hole 2: OB path and beyond on left
Hole 18: Mando to go left with drop zone and path and beyond right behind basket
Hole 24: Entire left side is flagged with an OB line; road and across by basket is OB as well
Hole 25: NO OB. The area outside the normal course flagged OB for this event is playing as casual relief. If your shot lands in the relief area you mark your lie the closest place that is not in the relief area regardless of where you went into the area or where the basket is.
Hole 27: OB road and across on left near basket
Hole 28: OB road and across on entire left side as well as behind basket
Hole 30: OB road and across past basket
Hole 31: OB road and across left of basket
Hole 33: OB road and across right of basket
Hole 34/35: Entire left side tall grass is flagged as OB; entire right side road and across is OB.
Hole 36: Entire left side tall grass is flagged as OB; right side flagged as OB after standard A basket position; road is OB. This hole’s basket is on a patch of grass surrounded by road. We are NOT playing special island rules; if your disc lands in the road or parking lot take your penalty stroke and mark you lie the last place you crossed over in bounds.

On Friday 11/20/2020 PA put out new Covid-19 travel rules. For those playing Westside Story this Saturday from out of state, this applies to you.
"Latest Guidance At A Glance
The Secretary of Health issued an order requiring anyone who visits from another state to have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to entering the commonwealth.
If someone cannot get a test or chooses not to, they must quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in Pennsylvania.

So hole 25 there are OB rules without a 1 stroke penalty assessed for being OB.

Are "normal" OBs in place on other holes and if so do normal OB rules apply?

1) Custom event stamped disc of choice
2) Westside drawstring bag
3) Koozie of choice (I have several different one but I have lots with BCDGA Logo & Bull Logo)
4) Vinyl/Sticker (I have Bull, Birdie, Discraft and a few others)
