Veterans for Vets at Corbin Park presented by ApeX Disc Golf

Following in the footsteps of the Trilogy Challenge, Veterans for Vets is a new event designed to meet three goals. First, it gives disc golfers a chance to play in an organized event during the winter months. Second, it provides an awesome environment for a disc golfer without any tournament experience to play in an organized event. Finally, it provides an opportunity for a local disc golf community to raise money that gets returned to that same community to organizations tasked with serving veterans!

Furniture, appliances, lamps, curtains, towels and bed linens; small kitchen appliances, cookware, bake ware, flatware and dishes. Newby-ginnings also provides clothing, shoes, coats and other cold weather gear; toiletries, medical equipment, blankets and food - all at no cost to veterans and gold star families.

Tournament will be one round of singles on Saturday, November 13th with an extended layout of 20 holes. Entry cost is $25 per player, with $1 going to insurance, $18 to players packs, $3 to reserve the course and cover other overhead costs (with any extra getting donated to Newby-ginnings), and $3 per entry fee donated to Newby-ginnings.

Profit from optional extra purchases, including hole sponsors, VIP Stag purchases, CTPs, and ace pot (if no aces are hit) will be donated to Newby-ginnings as well. Raffle proceeds will also be donated to Newby-ginnings.

ApeX Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who request a refund prior to 11/1/2021 at 8pm PST will get a full refund. Refunds are not available after that date & time - registered players who cancel their registration after 11/1 will receive their players pack with no refund.

Note: players can use any discs for this event, not limited to just player pack discs.
