Hello everyone and thank you for Joining us for yet ANOTHER Dips Discs event, THROW KINDNESS OPEN!
We are excited to get back out to Whitmarsh for this event. This email will include all the details you will need for tournament day as well as all the OB’s on the course.

Huge thank you to Eric and Dips Discs for coming out and vending and being the scrip provider! I also want to send a thank you to the fine folks who donated to the tournament-Derek Heaton, Steve Hayes and The Archer Beeman Foundation! Thank you all so much for the support!

Starting holes have been posted on PDGA but they are subject to change before Saturday so please keep an eye out. No drinking or Drug use during the tournament (don’t let me see you with it) or you will be automatically disqualified.

Please follow all PDGA guidelines regarding tournament play.. There may be some back ups so be patient and keep your eyes open. Holes 7 and 17 do not have any Mando’s in play but please pay attention before throwing those lines so we don’t have any accidents.

All players on the card are required to keep score. Paper scorecards will be available as well. If there are any issues/questions that come up during the round please take a provisional shot and bring it back to me and we will figure it out.

Scrip cards will only be good for up to 30 days, if you do not redeem them within that time period then your funds will be relinquished. We will no longer be keeping the cards for 90 days for you to use later. We have trophies for 1st-3rd in every division.

PLEASE NOTE- We will not be handing out trophies early, if you have to leave then schedule with Lucas or Eric and arrange a pick up date. We want everyone to have the fun in announcing names and handing out trophies so please do not ask for it because you have to leave early, Thank You!

After the tournament is over we will be playing The Glitch World Championship Qualifier round. That will start at 5pm. You are able to choose your own card (up to 4 people) for this event so go on disc golf scene and get signed up!

We will have custom stamped discs for sale from Dynamic Discs which included a variety of molds from Dynamic, Westside and Latitude64. $5 from every disc sold will go to Helping Hands food bank. We also have some leftover Discmania discs from the Mount Baker Challenge that we will also be selling and donating $5 from every disc sold. A percentage of everything else sold this weekend will be donated to Helping Hands as well so please help us raise money for a great cause.
