The Mitchell Summers Memorial is a 2 round Non Sanctioned event to honor our good friend and a fellow disc golfer . It is being held on a temp course set up on the Beautiful Fairways of Canton Golf course in Canton Ga.
Shotgun start, 2 rounds of 20 holes, featuring the New Discraft Chainstar PRO baskets.
Lots of down hill bombs and picturesque holes with views of Kennesaw Mountain .
This course is on a Golf course so expect lots of open long shots with bunker, Green, cart path o.b. with very little artificial o.b.
ALL Competitors will be using Golf carts for both rounds.
New electric Carts with USB connection.
FOC will have some carts available for spectators for $20 and are first come first serve.
Layout:
Long Pads = All Pro , MM1 and MA1 divisions
Short Pads = All other AM Age protected, AM women, Int, & Rec
Only 4 holes will have short pads.

Lunch ( Hamburgers & Hot Dogs with fixings ) Included in entry fee .
2nd round start 1 hr from last card in
Awards in the Club house
We will have some side action set up that will involve some of Mitchell Summers personal discs donated from his loving family. You will be able to sign up and pay day of sign ups for side action
Entry Fees:
All Pro = $100
All AM = $80
AM is trophy only with a Disc Craft Players Pack and a Mitchell Summers Memorial Stamped Disc. (will have different molds and weights available to pick from all Discraft)
There is a Greens fee of $40 for this event and is included with your entry fee.
The Greens fee includes the following:
-Use of facilities and amenities
-Cart Rental for both rounds Two competitors per cart
-Lunch provided by FOC at the Club house The restaurant will be open with their full menu this however is Paid per order not included. The Beverage Cart will be out on the course and will be pay to order.
