About this tournament

This year the event is actually at the end of the year!!!
This event is being combined with the Membership Drive to try out a new format!
Must have 3 to make a division excluding ladies divisions
There will be porta-potties available.
There will be a special ladies only layout for this event using shorter tees for all ladies playing, if 3 or more sign up.
We will be using PDGA Live Scoring for the event, familiarize yourself with it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLwjli9bC-g&feature=youtu.be
• This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier event. All rules with the exception of the 2-meter rule will be in effect for the duration of the event.
• There will be no drug or alcohol usage while your card in out on the course. Breaking this rule will result in a
Disqualification.
• Any water on any course that is not listed as OB is considered casual water.
• If any Mando is missed, your next shot will be played from the Mando with a 1 stroke penalty.
• There will be no traditional payout for Ams for this event, everyone will receive a players pack (1 Disc, 1 Mini, and everyone will receive a hot hands care package) .
• Pros will receive payout via PayPal after the event.

Refund policy
The ONLY way to officially withdraw is using either discgolfscene.com or your registration confirmation email to request one.
For Waitlist players: After registration closes you have 12 hours to submit the remainder of your payment, after 12 hours your spot on the waitlist is forfeit.
There will be no full refunds after registration closes.
Knoxville Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
