Also, is it possible to transfer my berth to Fred Vocino #51798. I beat him in a play off at the farm classic at flip a couple of weeks ago to win the berth and would like to give it to him. Thx.

This is my read of the info provided. The reg deadline is Aug,23 11:59pm. If you register for the LCQ and the tournament now, there will be plenty of time to find out whether there was space for you. Refunds have been promised for those who don't get a spot.

Have field events (ie distance and putting competitions) ever been considered for the championships? I think it would be pretty cool to have state champions in these events every year, it could be a Fri morning thing.

we used to have someone run these- but not for many years- we dont have enough manpower- if someone we to volunteer we would talk about it at this falls MDGO meetings for next year
