Dont forget Aug 24 is the deadline to register for the State Championship. After that date your berth will no longer be honored. Remind your friends.

@ Bruce. Yes, that is more accurate. My statement was assuming, perhaps inaccurately, that a woman who was rated barely over 800, much like myself would still like to compete with the women and also have a good shot at winning a state title.

As Kelsey and Kira can attest, this is not true at all. :-) PDGA rules require amateur women rated 800+ to not play Intermediate Women or Recreational Women. There are LOTS of other fun divisions they CAN play.

Robert you can get with Bill at Flip about camping. It is $10 per person per night. Very cool crowd :)

I know it's getting late since it's the holiday weekend and all, but where are people staying? I was looking to keep it cheap and camp. I was hoping to be around other players and not around a bunch of families with little kids our for the holiday.
I, sadly, probably won't be getting in until late Friday night if that matters.
