I was taken off the waitlist but now I don’t see my name…have not seen any emails at all.

When you make it in from the waitlist, Disc Golf Scene sends you an e-mail to the address you provided when you registered for the waitlist. Once you receive that e-mail you must complete the registration per the instructions inside, which includes paying the difference. Disc Golf Scene handles ever ... more

Just saw my son was dropped? Was I supposed to do something once he was placed off of the waitlist? I never received an email. I assumed you charged my account. Need to know before he gets up in the morning.

Thank you. He said he’d go up there in the event someone didn’t show. Could be be added then?

Kevin Eldredge   January 22, 2022 at 1:14pm

Yes

At this time there are 2 players who made it in to the event from the waitlist that have not claimed their spot. This means there is a possibility I will have 2 spots available in the morning. I will keep this updated as long as I'm awake.

The 2 players mentioned above have until 8:00am to confirm, correct? I’m trying to determine logistically if I could play (if I were to make it in) but don’t think I can swing it if I find out at 8:00am.

Kevin Eldredge   January 22, 2022 at 3:18am

1 of the players has confirmed.

Austen McCoy   January 22, 2022 at 4:27am

Bc registration closed I’m not sure how to get on the waitlist, but I’ll check back in early tomorrow morning. If there is anything I can do to get in and there is availability, let me know.

Patrick Virgin    January 21, 2022 at 7:31pm

If we’re on the waitlist should we still show up?

Could I be added to MPO?

Yes. Cash in the morning.

Kevin Eldredge    January 21, 2022 at 12:03am

Mandatory Player Check-In for ALL DIVISIONS is from 7am-8am, NO LATER than 8am. If you are not checked in by 8am you will be considered a no-show to the event and your spot will be given to a player from the waitlist.

Will we need to show up at the event if we are on the waitlist or will we be contacted before the event if we are added?

How about the current waitlist?

Kevin Eldredge   January 22, 2022 at 1:23am

Not yet. Someone else would have to drop out first before any more spots are opened.

Kevin Eldredge   January 22, 2022 at 1:41am

Congrats James, you just made it in the event

Yes sir..

Abigail Wilson    January 12, 2022 at 2:02am

I just signed up for FA2, but I’m new to tournaments. What does being on the waitlist mean and when will I know if I can play in the tournament? Thanks!

Kevin Eldredge   January 12, 2022 at 2:50pm

The Amateur side of the event is currently full. As players drop-out of the event, players from the waitlist are promoted into the event.

Abigail Wilson   January 12, 2022 at 5:39pm

Thank you for the information!

Aaron Evans    January 2, 2022 at 6:34pm

Is it possible to request a card mate? Samuel Morse and I are both Rec and it’s his first tournament so we were hoping to play together

Charles Blacknall II   January 7, 2022 at 2:51pm

Usually no as the cards are randomized. but I don't see why anyone would object if the TD swapped 1 person.

Kevin Eldredge   January 11, 2022 at 4:29pm

We generally stick to the random player/hole assignment provided from the PDGA.

Steven Penton    December 27, 2021 at 1:36am

Is this thing actually happening ?

Kevin Eldredge   December 28, 2021 at 4:11am

Most definitely

Jayson Wurtzbacher    December 23, 2021 at 3:23pm

is this a 1 round or 2 round event? regular payouts, etc. or trophy only?

Kevin Eldredge   December 28, 2021 at 4:11am

2 Rounds, Regular PDGA Payout - top 45% of all divisions.
