THANK YOU to everyone who came out to play the event or caddy for your friends. On behalf of everyone in WC Glow, we appreciate you spending some of your weekend playing the event. We certainly hope you had a great day. If there are any suggestion or ideas for payouts, please send me a message. We are always looking for ways to improve our events and what we can offer to our players.

Thank you also to all members of Team WC Glow who helped out with setup, event management, as well as payouts and packing up. This team included: Bill Chapman, Phil Common, Jen Trombley, Katie Bramble, Elijah Wykes, Nate Krumm, Danny Fifer, Brandon Johnson, Noah Moorehouse, Brian Crouch, and Chris Kerns. You made yesterday REALLY efficient and easy on me!

2 weeks out from event, 1 Week for cashless pre-reg deadline!

Anyone who has cashless pre-registered has until March 6th at 6pm to pay. At that time, anyone who is still unpaid will be removed from the event and added to waitlist (behind any paid registrations). Players from the paid waitlist will be promoted into the event in the order of which they registered and paid.

We are also asking players to make sure that they include payment for any of the additional extras (ace pool and 50-50) as well. Players who have cashless pre-registered for the event can update their registration by:
1. Click on the registered players link.
2. You should find your name listed at the top.
2. Choose Edit
4. Update your registration (pay, ace pool, 50-50, pay change in division price).

Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance getting your registration updated/completed.

Those of you on the waitlist, I have registration updated at this point (Friday March 12th, 2021 10:06 pm). I am not sure if there will be drops overnight, so I will leave it up to you if you want to come out in the morning. I will be refunding money for anyone who does not get in right after I get the players started on the first round.

One Important piece you may want to plan for - LUNCH. I would recommend maybe bringing/packing a lunch to have time to relax. There are also other places within a few miles of the park you can drive to between rounds if you choose.

I am planning to have a 45min break for lunch (This time starts when the LAST CARD from round 1 is finalized/submitted). I will post here on DGS when that last card is submitted and when round 2 will tee off.

Tentatively, I would estimate Round 2 would tee off at about 1:45/2:00pm

Registration is being updated as players need to drop from various reasons. Hoping to have hole assignments finalized LATE this evening as I have had to make adjustments to registration several times already.


***As we are still dealing with effects from the pandemic, we are asking for cooperation in using social distancing and face covering/masks when social distancing can not be maintained. We are asking for face coverings/masks especially at check-in and payouts. Please be respectful of others wishes regarding personal space. I understand that we all have varying opinions about what is acceptable and what is not, and we are not trying to start a debate on the issue. We are simply asking for you to be considerate of everyone else and help keep everyone safe so that we ALL an continue to enjoy events (and not repeat the 2020 disc golf year).


All players need to check in during the assigned time (8am-9am) tomorrow. We plan to be set up outside at the lodge. Amateur players will be able to pick up their player pack (merchandise credit, pint glass, towel, hand warmers) and we will have some things for Pros as well. Round 1 tee time is 9:20 (there will be 2 minute warning at 9:18).


We are using online scoring. If you have not used it yet, there is a link to a tutorial/preview below. You will be given the code to access scoring at check-in.


We have ace pool and 50/50 available as well. The 50/50 is for all divisions and you need everyone in your group to verify placement if you are going to move the flag. If no aces are hit during the event, we will have a throw off for the ace pool money after round 2.

2. At that point, you should find your name listed.
3. Choose Pay to update your registration process.
4. I believe you should also be able to choose Edit to change divisions (providing your rating allows you to do so) as well as add Ace Pool and 50-50.

Event is now full and the waitlist starts now. Wait list is Pre-Pay Only. If you do not make it into the event, you will be refunded.

Cashless Pre-Reg folks need to pay in full a week before the event (Saturday March 6th at 6pm) or they will be removed from the registration list. They will be replaced by those from the pre-paid waitlist. We have plenty to do on this end to make sure that event can run safe and efficiently, including player check-in, hole assignments, live scoring, etc.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue work to provide events in a challenging environment where we can all be safe and enjoy the sport.
