Are the tee times that are posted on PDGA now locked in? The estimated time range for MA40 via email was12:40PM TO 1:00PM, but are posted between 9:20-9:40. I'm actually great with the change as I'd guess most of us older guys have been up for hours already :). Just wanted to plan accordingly, but of course I'll check back this evening to verify, but that's a big change. Thanks

Same thing happened with MA3 was supposed to be earlier, but was pushed back...

MINT Discs   May 21, 2022 at 12:01am

Per the original email, it was all subject to change by 1-3 hours. We adjusted it after processing the waitlist and seeing how cards were going to shake out.

Will there be a players pack, and what is the payout structure?

Look at the about section… it has all those details

Steven Bleile   May 16, 2022 at 8:50pm

It did not have that when I posted the comment. Thank you.

If someone withdraws from WAITLIST. Will they be refunded after the event?

MINT Discs   May 8, 2022 at 4:27pm

We process any withdraw/refund as they happen. So if you withdraw while on the list, before the event, you will be removed from the list and refunded.

MINT Discs   May 8, 2022 at 4:27pm

Anyone left on the waitlist once the event begins, will be refunded following the event.

Thank you for clarifying and responding so quickly.

Is there a rough estimate for the tee times in this event? I'm in ma2 and might have time withdraw depending on when we might tee off

We start with the lowest divisions early. Estimated tee times won’t be posted until around a week before the event, and actual tee times the day before the event. This is due to wild fluctuations we get with people withdrawing the week before the event. We do not adjust tee times to accommodate for previous engagements people have.

Scott Hougland   May 17, 2022 at 12:46pm

Let’s get these old guys on and off the course early :)

Dave Cervantes    April 12, 2022 at 12:45pm

Has this tourney been officially determined to be a 2 round instead of the original 3 yet?

Dave Cervantes   April 12, 2022 at 12:47pm

looks like it is only 2, just wanted to confirm that no other course was able to get locked down.

MINT Discs   April 12, 2022 at 1:02pm

Other courses were available, but they weren't optimal. Next year we'll have some more ideal options to expand the event.

Matt Mauer    March 19, 2022 at 10:33pm

Are we playing short or long tees for this event?

MINT Discs   April 26, 2022 at 2:17pm

MA1 is longs aside from 6. All other divisions are shirts aside from 1 longs. All divisions will play 1 longs so that we can create a good atmosphere on Hole 1 for the players.

Is the waitlist full as well? Not seeing an option to add myself to it

Ryan R   March 17, 2022 at 2:23pm

Only 20 spots were available per pool. AMS is ALL FULL

Felix savala    March 14, 2022 at 12:35am

I’m currently #19 on the waitlist. If I’m not able to get a spot to play will my money be refunded?

MINT Discs   March 14, 2022 at 12:54am

Yes, after the event.

MINT Discs    March 9, 2022 at 11:45pm

We are working on adding a second course for Saturday play. Roy G was the plan, but until the situation improves we won't be going there. If we can't add one by 4/1, then we will play 2 rounds total for this event.

Fingers crossed it’s Circle C.

Jace Whitehead   March 10, 2022 at 12:56am

East Metro.

Ryan R   March 10, 2022 at 1:47pm

I just want in!

MINT Discs    March 8, 2022 at 11:38pm

We have updated the registration to 3/9 in order to give those shopping with Mint Discs for the Freetail Release a fair chance to sign up for Capital of Texas Open.
