Logan University, located in Chesterfield, MO just a few minutes from Highway 64/40, features water carries, elevation changes, and beautiful, beautiful grass.
With the 2021 St. Louis Open approaching, I filmed the course to give folks an idea of what they'd be facing. Apologies for no distance or pars on these—I didn't have complete information, and I didn't want to provide inaccurate numbers and mislead anyone.

If you haven't gotten out to Logan, pack a couple of water discs and get out there. It's an incredible course.
