This will be unsanctioned; it allows me to do per-round payouts in addition to event payouts, plus I don't want ratings to be a consideration when it comes to trying to finish the event. To be frank I'm not even sure you can run a sanctioned tournament with four rounds in one day.

Still mulling the idea around but probably not, it'll depend on how people feel as we lead up to it. The ratings for the third and fourth rounds are sure to be wonky, and I'd rather have people try to finish than leave to avoid further tanking their rating
