IMPORTANT UPDATE INFORMATION!

In order to responsibly host this event on Saturday May 2nd some changes to the format, schedule and player cap have been made. Please review the following, if you are already paid in and decide you don't want to attend please submit for a refund on Discgolfscene.

All players must proceed from parking area to the Temperature Check Tent before entering Tournament Central. Event staff will check for high temperatures with temporal lobe scanner and provide you with a bottle of sanitizer before you proceed. If you are not well enough to participate you may still receive your player pack and will still be entered in the raffle.

No lunch will be served, if you already paid for it in registration don't worry you can still use the $5 credit to buy in to cash payouts or raffle.

No day of buy ins will be allowed, we are going to maintain a digital only process concerning buy ins, payouts and raffle. The only exceptions to this will be raffle buy ins, which can still be made with cash but only exact amounts no change will be given and scorecards that will still be paper but will be sanitized and should only be handled by 1 player on the card.

New player cap 40 players total.
32 Mens and 8 Womens.
All players will receive 1 bottle of sanitizer 2 custom Hydroflasks and 1 free entry to the prize Raffle as player pack.

$2 to Ace Pot.
$2 to Cash and Prize CTPs.
Optional $5 for cash payouts.

Only 1 round of 27 holes.
No Hula Hoop stroke erasers.
No ring of fire.
No championship event on Sunday.
Cash Payouts for top scores, only for players electing to add $5 buy in.

Temp check tent / Check in and player pack pick up opens at 10am.
Players meeting 11am.
Tee off at 11:30am.
Awards, results and Raffle at 420pm.

ALL PAYOUTS INCLUDING ACE POT, CTPS AND TOP SCORE PAYOUTS WILL BE VIA PAY PAL OR A DIGITAL FORMAT OF YOUR CHOOSING.

RAFFLE WILL BE DONE ON A DIGITAL FORMAT NO PAPER TICKETS WILL BE SOLD, $1 WILL BE WORTH 1 DIGITAL ENTRY THE MORE ENTRIES THE BETTER YOUR ODDS.

Format:
1 round of 27 holes on a modified "Oolretaw" Layout (Waterloo's mini course)
Singles standard stroke play All Metal Event!!
(Any metal hit on the basket will count as a make)

Only "Legit Aces" that stay in the basket will be awarded the ace pot and will also count as a '0' stroke for that hole!

This is a short ace run course so there will be some tricky OB's and fun Mandos to navigate.
